Lighting That Flows: Why I Chose Flexible and Corner Profile Lights for My Home Remodel

If you're thinking about upgrading your home lighting, I highly recommend exploring flexible profile lights and corner profile lights. I recently used both in my living room and kitchen renovation, and the results have been incredible!

Flexible profile lights are amazing if you have curved or uneven surfaces. I used them in my false ceiling to create a soft, continuous glow that bends smoothly around the edges. The best part? There are no visible hot spots, and the light feels warm and modern.

Then there are corner profile lights, which I used under cabinets and along the staircase edges. They fit snugly into 90-degree angles, adding a sharp, architectural look. These are perfect for ambient lighting that doesn’t dominate the space but still makes an impact.

Both types are easy to install, especially with pre-cut aluminum channels and diffusers. Plus, they use energy-efficient LEDs, so I’m saving on electricity too.

Whether you're designing a new space or just want to modernize a room, these lighting profiles are versatile, sleek, and practical. I got mine from RHEA LED Linear Lighting—great range and quality.

Would love to hear if anyone else has tried these lighting types—what spaces did you use them in?
