Balancing Field Projects with CAT Prep & Friday Night Funkin'

Working with gear like halide cable hanging kits and fixtures with threaded inserts (like the Supra Quad T5HO) takes a lot of focus. But it’s that time of the year when most students are beginning their preparations for CAT. Most self-study candidates begin 4-5 months prior, which is around this time.

Since I'm often in the field, I need a portable way to stay sharp. Playing Friday Night Funkin' has been my go-to mental exercise. It’s all about maintaining a "combo" or rhythm.

For anyone else juggling work and CAT prep, use this 5-step process to stay efficient:

  • Take an initial Mock test.

  • Build your core concepts.

  • Consistent daily practice.

  • Simulated full-length exams.

  • In-depth review.

Just like a Supra Quad system produces the greatest amount of light at ideal temperatures, proper planning will help you reach peak study performance. Keep the Friday Night Funkin' energy alive!
