To start the refund process, you need first to visit its official website and then log into your account. Next, you have to select the “Manage Booking” section. After that, you need to enter your canceled ticket reference number. Then, you have to open your canceled ticket and click on the refund button. Follow the on-screen instructions to apply for a refund.
