Configuring Calendar Settings on iPhone and iPad

The built-in Calendar app on iPhone and iPad is not only Apple's dedicated event tracker but also a gateway to see many other productivity apps that can be synced and integrated into your daily use. Change  Default Time Zone for Calendar Notifications 

By default, the iPhone and iPad Calendar apps automatically change time zones when you move over the ground. However, there may be times when you want your calendar information to remain in the time zone where you live or work. If you want to change the default timezone, you can override it in your calendar settings. 

1. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad. 

2. Tap Calendar. 

3. Tap Time Zone Bypass. 

4. Turn on the time zone override switch. 

5. Tap Time Zone. 

6. Also search for the city whose time zone you want to change. 

7. Tap a city to change the default time zone for the Calendar app. 

 

Choose a different calendar type 

If you usually follow the Chinese, Hebrew, or Islamic calendar, you can set it as the default calendar type on your best iPhone or iPad instead of the Gregorian calendar. 

1) Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad. 

2) Tap Calendar. 

3) Tap Alternate Calendar. 

4) Touch Chinese, Hebrew, or Islamic. 

 

Week Numbers enables or disables 

Calendar app numbers by default for each week of the year. For some, this is a convenient way to quickly see how many weeks have passed, but for others, it's unnecessary information. You can enable or disable this feature as needed. increase. 

1) Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad. 

2) Tap Calendar. 

3) Switch the number of weeks on or off. 

 

Turn Invitation Declined On or Off 

If you want to invite other people to your event, you may want to know everyone who has accepted or declined the invitation. At the same time, you may not care who is not attending your event. You can enable or disable this feature as required. 

1) Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad. 

2) Tap Calendar. 

3) Toggle the Show Declined Invites switch on or off. 

 

Manage Calendar Sync 

To minimize data usage and internal storage, by default iPhone and iPad will only sync one month ahead of him. If you are likely to find outdated event information from various calendars, you can turn account syncing back on. 

1) Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad. 

2) Tap Calendar. 

3) Tap Sync. 

4) Tap the period you want to sync again. 

 

Setting Default Alarm Time
